Ashley Green, LMSW
Does caring for others oftentimes leave you abandoning your own needs? Do experiences from your childhood impact your functioning as an adult? Are you hoping to gain behavioral change through self-reflection?
Whether you are a foster parent, kinship caregiver, biological parent, or previous foster child I would love to help guide you through your current obstacle while offering a listening ear in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Caregiving can be mentally draining, and you deserve to prioritize your well-being. Understanding the root cause of your presenting symptoms, triggers, or challenges can lead to enlightenment or closure. My passion is to help you discover your strengths in turn breaking generational patterns, leading to lasting successful outcomes.
I have gained significant knowledge working within the child welfare field for almost 10 years, and I’ve had the ability to experience the various viewpoints of those involved and impacted. Whether you are seeking help to manage symptoms of PTSD, depression, or anxiety, identify better ways to cope with stress, assistance with getting on track to complete a task at hand, or understanding how your past connects to your current identity, I am here for you. I would be honored to work alongside you on your path to health and healing!
